Host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The home is decorated nicely and could use some updates. The spa does not get warm enough to go into it.

Spacious and Convenient!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! We suggested a few repairs/additions to our host, but we loved the spaciousness, comfort, amenities, the game room, and the "detached" bedroom off the pool for a teenager haven from the little kids was enjoyed by our 16 year old. The location was very convenient to the Palmetto/Turnpike and to grocery store, drug store, and frozen yogurt! Check-in was very easy; a checkout checklist of instructions would be helpful in the future. Yadiel, the host, answered our questions in a very timely manner. We hope to stay at the "Sunset Retreat" again in the future.

Great vacation home!

Our group of 6 stayed for 4 days. We got in late. Checking in was super easy. The home is well appointed and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood is nice, and there's a sports bar within walking distance, which was great! The game room is awesome! The remodel on this home seemed to be recently completed, but some of the finish work was not quite complete, so there were a few minor hiccups, but overall the property was great. We were not able to utilize the hot tub or pool, which was a little disappointing. The hot tub never got warm and the weather was too cool for the unheated pool. We would stay here again, as long as the hot tub gets fixed.
