Staff are great but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows they are horrible. I had to use a towel as my pillow. Other hotels have feather pillows that are far more comfortable. It would be nice to have a choice. For this reason we won’t return. It’s too bad because everything else was nice.

The place wasn't on the level of other Riu resorts. If you need to nap or rest during the day the maids are really loud. We actually thought there was construction. The rooms are just OK. The food options available were just ok. I would not stay here again

Amazing location with a stunning beach view. Good food options, close walking to many other restaurants and shops. Wish there were umbrellas at the beach. The walls are thin and we heard our neighbors quit a bit, but other than that a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and truly high-level. The breakfasts were amazing with a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a lot more basic than we were expecting. We were disappointed with the communal area, in terms of not having a beautiful bar area for evening drinks. The bedroom was ok, but nothing special and a little clinical. In addition check in was very inefficient. All in all, nothing terrible about the hotel- but it simply adequate - lacking the "special factor".

The room was great value for money. We have stayed in Miami several times & paid 3 times as much in other hotels for a smaller room. The staff on the whole were helpful & polite. The breakfast was great …plenty of choice & the dining room was spotless. Hubby said coffee was fab. One downside …when we booked we specifically emailed the hotel to ensure we had a car parking space available …we were told this wouldn’t be a problem. But when we arrived around 10.00pm the hotel car park was full & the only alternatives were a car park 11 minutes away or the street. Given we had been travelling for 24 hours this was not ideal. So don’t assume because you ask you will get a parking spot. It’s a pity you can’t pre book a spot
