Wonderful seven night stay at Miriam’s one bedroom Fontainebleau tresor 12th floor room. This is our third visit to the Tresor and 1st time in this room it won’t be our last. do not shy away from 12th floor. We’ve been on the 27th floor and these views were unmatched . We opted out of the fee for daily housekeeping and still housekeeping was wonderful. Bringing fresh towels, toilet paper even a brand new frying pan. Don’t hesitate to call for any of your needs. Resort has a lot to offer- great food pool beach drinks bar easy to uber spa list goes on!

Check in was quick and easy. The unit was exactly as posted and very clean. The host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The condo building has four elevators however two of them were not working for most of our three week stay. We often waited a long time for one, as many elevators didn’t stop at the floor and others so full that we could barely squeeze in. We walked down the twelve floors too often in frustration. Check out time is 11:00 but I’d suggest checking out earlier as the lineup at the desk was very long. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this host.

Long waits for everything. Half hour to check in. 20 minutes to get an elevator. At 430 in the morning the circle drive was a drunken party with rude people. Housekeeping literally walked in on me half naked at 1015 when checkout was 11:00. 205 cleaning fee is absurd for size of unit. No seats available at pool or beach. 150 bucks for two sandwiches and two Pepsis room service. Would not recommend this property or booking to anyone. Terrible.

Host didn’t allow my adult daughter to check in until past 10pm when my flight as diverted for a medical emergency and I arrived 9 hours late. The main toilet was broken the entire time despite the host reporting it to maintenance.

Fountainbleu is absolutely stunning. Perfect for any occasion! It’s also very family-friendly, which makes it great for kids.My suite was everything I could have hoped for and more. The view was breathtaking, with two balconies overlooking the ocean, pool, and city lights. The room featured two full restrooms, was spotless, and plenty of space to relax.The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, slept like a baby. The hotel’s location is close to everything you need, and getting around with Lyft was reasonably.Highly recommend staying here — a truly luxurious and memorable experience!

The resort was great, check in was a little slow, they only had one person working the check in area at all times. They were working on the elevators when we weee there and there was a wait for that as well. Communication with my host was not great either The resort was beautiful and well kept by the pool and beach. The staff was so nice!

Not the cleanliness I expected

Well, ten years back approximately I used to stay in Fountainbleau thru VRBO, Now the rooms a little outdated but mainly had tiny gnats(mosquitoes) in every room , had to clean drawers before leaving clothes in it (dead bugs!)Otherwise the hotel beautiful pools, service, great location , however my thing is having high standards of cleanliness/meaning no flys. No bugs!Next Miami visit I’ll pay a little more and stay at a high hotel
