the front of the property looks real bad, though i think its being renovated or fixed, i understand they want the place to smell good but OMG the scent of air freshener was so overpowering it would give me a slight headache evertytime i walked by the front desk, I cannot complain about the rooms, very clean, cozy, cute , no great views but very decent....... i do have 1 complaint the wifi or their internet is bad i could not watch any TV without it breaking up. please work on your internet connection.

Had a very comfortable stay. No issues in check in or out. Quiet place. Kitchenette came very handy. Location is excellent right next to the most happening places of Ocean drive and South Beach. Highly recommended for singles as well as couples for safe and comfortable stay.

The customer service at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately there was little communication about check out. We only stayed one night and our flight was very early in the morning. There was nothing in the room about check out. They communicate by text messages but if you are on airplane mode you don’t get them. Email would have been appreciated. If you have heavy luggage, just note there are no elevators. The room was very small, with a loud window air conditioning system but it was clean. Also because it is a small hotel, if you are coming in from a cruise, they will be full so forget the possibility of an early check in. Regardless of this, I wish I recalled the young lady at the front desk because she was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the communication before and after arriving and departing through the message option on Expedia was very good. I always received communication back quickly. Lastly, the location is walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Recommend for a quick stay

The check in process was smooth, reception was super nice but there is no one available after 8:30pm. There wasn’t an elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs. The mattress was a little thin so not the most comfortable sleep, the room floor made my feet black and the bathroom sink needed to be cleaned better. Overall, it was good for the price, the location is great, I would recommend for a quick stay.
