View was partially obstructed by the trees. Service was friendly but not very helpful. Hidden fees were applied for the “resort”. Nothing was included in the fee, no breakfast, towels, parking, etc.

The rooms was clean and it a great location, but they offer free breakfast for 2 but restaurant is not honoring this and the hotel only gives you 2 eve if you have more people, the hotel is loud! The bed was by the far the worst part, it was like sleeping on the floor! But for the price it’s a great location

Great ocean view room! Bring a noise machine, you will hear the thumping music from the bar,expected to and came prepared! You will find great staff members and your favorites! Good food and drinks! With a 20% service fee.. Only 3 floors, after a few days the stairs became tedious, the elevator seems to be out of order for sometime! Over all comfortable and would stay again.

The elevator is completely outdated so if someone leaves the door open you have to go upstairs to bring the elevator to the first floor. Not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Good location and cheap, but small and not clean

Our sheets had both sand and a fake eyelash in them, so we suspected that they hadn't been washed before our arrival. We weren't offered a discount when we showed them the eyelash. The rooms are TINY. Shower handle fell off if not handled very carefully. A lot of outside noise a night. The location is great, right across the street from the beach. Although Miami Beach had a ton of green algae so it wasn't a good beach. The location is in walking distance of many restaurants so that is a positive. This is a hotel for the party scene and not a family.
