The building is steps away from the world famous Lincoln Road, a short walk to the beach, Sunset Harbor and other attractions. Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The condo has a washer/dryer and comes with one assigned garage parking.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount to cover Stripe payment processing fees
