During your stay at Le Marina Bay, take a moment to relax by the pool or the hot tub.



Conditions and house rules:

-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in $50 fees applies for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after 10PM.



-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out $50 fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.

Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkelling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!

Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 06:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
