Room was nice, location was great. Breakfast was ok, but they need to work on the selection. One thing they for sure need to fix is their charming system which has created two charges which couldn’t be explained by the guest desk. Those charges went away a week later which is still not acceptable.

We’ve stayed at many Kimpton hotels in Europe and the quality v price was much better in Europe. Premium brand products and interiors in Europe and this one just felt a little lacking in the room interior and products, especially for the Miami price tag £350 per night plus £50 parking daily. Overall a really nice hotel but not quite to the level we have experienced in Europe

This is a great property in a great location on the water. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. The restaurant Zuma was fantastic. The rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the big game and meet people

Stayed here for my solo birthday trip and enjoyed everything about this hotel! My room was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony with water views. Enjoyed the daily coffee bar in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Valet parking was expensive. I'll most likely use rideshare the next time instead of renting a car. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and Kaseya Center. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Miami!
