Reception staff and the shuttle driver were wonderful. But…, For only few hours of staying and expecting a great rest after a tired day…, Room was very cold in the living room that I supposed to sleep and sofa bed would not open. Ended up sleeping in the floor in the bedroom. My company snores so the intention of having a good sleep separately did not happen. After a long wait, Technician checked the temperature but nothing changed I think the HVAC is poor. In summary, we did not sleep well. I also noticed, Linen supplies are below standard for the money we paid. The facility needs renovation. We were very disappointed.

Great hotel! Clean room. Buffet was nice. Location was great. Front desk was very helpful and nice at check in. Was a bit disappointed with the shuttle service from the airport. When I called the morning of our arrival they said to call when I land and they will send the shuttle. When I landed and called they said it only comes once an hour. There was a guy standing at the stop stating he’d been there for over an hour. When the shuttle finally came I had to wave him down as he was going to just drive past without stopping. This was after I told the hotel what location I was at when I called. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was for the shuttle.

The room was great. The check-in was great. The food at the bar was excellent. Check out was easy. Breakfast was just okay. The shuttle service from the airport was horrible. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. I saw it go by once, but it didn't stop.

will give this hotel 2 stars but only because of cleanliness. We attempted to change our reservation or get a refund after needing to go home early due to a death in our family and they refused Expedia. Expedia was willing to allow us to transfer to another hotel as it would take a couple of days to get back home due to me just having surgery or give us a refund but needed the hotel’s approval. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. There was also some kind of fire or maintenance issue where we smelled burning and there were a few fans in the hall one night. No one ever called us or let us know what was going on on our floor. We came back the next day to a pile of ac units in the parking garage. Breakfast was ok and there were several instances we ordered towels and other items to be brought to the room and it took over a day to get them. The attached restaurant is very limited. If you’re thinking of staying here after a surgery, don’t. Terrible logistics even their “accessible” rooms. There’s either you go through the lobby and wait for your spouse to drive around or you go through a back entrance and have to go up/down stairs. Which as you can imagine was very difficult with a walker. Also the parking garage is tight! If you drive a big truck, be ready for hitting your antenna on the clearance signs and maybe one of their arms to come down on your vehicle while trying to maneuver the tight space. Logistical nightmare and horrendous customer service! Will not be
