This hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen with fridge dishwasher sink and stove. The pool area is small. The lobby is large and clean and they always have coffee/ tea. The area directly outside the hotel is just meh, but you can take a walk and there are several local restaurants nearby.

The front desk crew were extremely kind and helpful on Saturday and Sunday. The only 2 small complaints were 1) there are no safes in the rooms. We were traveling with our passports and didn’t want to leave them in the hotel without a safe but didn’t want to travel outside with them for fear of loss or theft. 2) the airport shuttle guy was not very kind or helpful. He didn’t even attempt to secure our luggage. We placed it in the van ourselves.

This is the second stay at this hotel we enjoyed it very much the reception desk was very helpful and efficient especially Tania who greeted us when we first arrived she couldn't do enough for us. Tania also arranged our ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The breakfast was very good and nutritional. I highly recommend this hotel and it also offered free shuttle service to and from the airport.
