Summary:

Stylish studio in the heart of Brickell inside the iconic Icon Brickell / W Hotel tower — beautiful city views, fast wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Walk to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Miami's best dining and nightlife. Sleeps up to 3 on a plush king bed plus a twin sofa bed. Please note: the unit's balcony is currently closed by the building for ongoing safety work.



The Space:

Our beautiful studio is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults (plus children), though it can sleep up to 3 adults if needed. It features a plush king-size bed with luxurious goose down comforters, a twin-sized sofa bed for extra convenience, a dedicated work desk, smart TV, and all the essentials for a perfect stay.

Please note: As per building rules, only 2 adult amenities passes are provided (children under 18 do not require passes or count toward the limit).



Guest Access:

• Full access to the entire condo and all building amenities.

• Two adult amenity passes are included (children under 18 don't need passes and don't count toward the limit). Additional passes may sometimes be available but aren't guaranteed.

Icon Resort is home to the renowned W Hotel, with free guest access to the fitness center, world-class spa with steam rooms and cold plunge pools, and a variety of daily classes including yoga and Pilates. Class availability is set by the building and subject to scheduling.

Amenity passes: A QR code is required to use the amenities. Pick it up at the amenity level (15th floor). Current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change; the front desk can confirm on arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell offers the best of Miami's walkable city life. Just steps from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, you'll enjoy everything from scenic jogs along the bay to a vibrant nightlife surrounded by Miami's top dining and entertainment spots. Indulge in renowned restaurants like Zuma, Komodo, and Sexy Fish, visit rooftops like Sugar, unwind at lounges like The Tea Room, or explore local bars such as SoCal and 8th Street Brickell Bar. For coffee lovers, nearby spots like Crema and Rosemary Bakery are just a short walk away.



Your stay at Icon in Brickell provides everything you need to relax, work, shop, and experience Miami’s nightlife, all within an easy-to-navigate urban core.



Getting Around:

Most guests opt for Uber or Lyft, but the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations are conveniently located less than two blocks away, right next to Brickell City Centre.



The Metro Mover is a free service that runs seven days a week, covering the Downtown Miami and Brickell areas. It connects to major destinations like Kaseya Arena (home of the Miami HEAT), Bayside Marketplace, Miami World Center, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Pérez Art Museum. It also links to Miami Central Station, just 10 minutes away, where you can catch the Brightline high-speed trains to West Palm Beach or Orlando.



The Metro Rail provides easy access to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through key areas including Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area.



Other Things to Note:

Building amenity update (current): Balcony — currently closed: The unit's balcony is closed by the building due to ongoing safety work and is not accessible during your stay. Icon Brickell is undergoing scheduled building maintenance. The main outdoor pool currently has limited availability/hours. All other amenities — gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, and fitness center — remain open. These closures are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control; they're disclosed here in advance, and no refunds are issued for temporary amenity closures.

Self check-in: Keyless entry with your private door code — no key handoff. Building policy requires a quick stop at the front desk to register on arrival before heading up. Please share your estimated arrival time in advance and verify your ID through Airbnb. Amenity QR passes are picked up at the amenity level (15th floor); current pickup hours are 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, set by the building and subject to change — the front desk can confirm on arrival.

Parking: This unit does not include a designated parking space. On-site valet is available and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; a fee applies each exit). Valet pricing is set by the building and varies, especially during events and holidays — please confirm the current rate with the front desk on arrival. For more affordable options, several public garages are within 1–2 blocks; apps like Parkopedia or ParkWhiz often show cheaper daily rates.

Amenity closures: Certain amenities or areas may occasionally close for events, maintenance, or weather. These are managed by building administration and are beyond the host's control. No discounts are issued for temporary closures, which are disclosed here in advance.
