I had an overall great experience. Loved the size of the room. Everything was working properly and clean. I could see the entrance to Macy’s at International Mall from the hotel parking lot. I even ordered Dominos pizza take out one night, which was super easy. My main reason for staying was the location (to malls and the airport) and I’ve had very good experiences with other Holiday Inn Express & Suites locations in the past. (Laundry facilities on site was a major plus as well)

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable and the breakfast is great, however the staff isn't very hospitable and the parking fills up very quickly and also the proper remote for the television should be available to use the smart function.

Excellent Stay at an Incredible Price! I stayed at the hotel with my hubby, my brother and his wife for a quick shopping trip and boy, we got a great deal for our money! The hotel was clean, staff was warm and friendly; Diana and Alex by the counter were very helpful and kind. The breakfast options were good, always hot and replenished. The coffee station was always open and accessible for a nice cup of coffee or tea. Our room was extremely clean and nice smelling. Our towels were changed everyday for freshness. The convenience of location to shopping spots were within walking distance, making it easy for carrying bags and managing time. Overall, great experience! My family and I will be back here for sure for future stays. Thank you!
