As a business traveler it is unacceptable for an airport hotel to only offer a shuttle to the airport that is 10 mins away once an hour on the hour. You should communicate that in your initial description. Very poor service.

The shuttle driver was very nice and always on time, even though the shuttle only runs once every hour. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the free breakfast is a plus. I also want to say that the staff were very friendly. The location is very convenient—within walking distance of restaurants and fast-food places like Burger King and McDonald’s. There’s also a Publix and a Burlington nearby.

I’ve now been told on two separate occasions that the spa was working — which is always a make-or-break factor for me when choosing a hotel. I specifically asked twice to confirm, and both times I was assured it was operational. After a long day, I came back to the room really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, only to find it taped off and out of service. There really needs to be a better system for informing guests about the actual working condition of amenities. This is becoming a recurring issue, and it’s disappointing to have it happen again. I feel like a small gesture of compensation or a discount would be a good start toward making this right and showing that the hotel values honest communication with its guests.
