Im 67 yrs old. Not in good physical shape. Had lots of packages to go to my room. Had to walk 2 flghts of stairs just to get to the front desk. Was offered help. By a kindly elderly gentleman. I said to him no, Im done and leaving. Hotel refused to refund me thur Expedias help.

The room was great! The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, plates, cups, etc, and brand new cookware. It has granite countertops and a decent amount of cabinet space, a full sized fridge, a hotplate, microwave, and even a small island/wing with a sink. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a stand-up shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of bath and pool towels available, with some extras in the closet. The cherry on top was the ocean view, a very pleasant surprise. The room we stayed at had 3 queen sized beds, each had 3 or more pillows, good mattresses, and clean, good quality bedding. The check-in was smooth and quick. The valet parking is kind of slow, but hey, it's free - not in existence in this area anymore, much less with an ocean front building. Great value overall!

The reception staff was rude and refused to apologise for denying that I gave him my valet pass even when it was obvious that he was wrong. The few valet parking staff were great though; they coordinated the free valet parking for the large number of guests. The apartment was good but the swimming pool had cloudy water.

The first suite I had was horrible both beds were broken, the smell was just terrible, and the bathroom look like it needed major renovations. The cleanliness of the tub was disgusting. I switched to a different suite And it was a little better but the smell was still bad and they clearly had a bug problem cause they had these bug killers plugged in all the outlets. Light fixtures were falling down. I never stayed there had to book another hotel and I didn’t even get all my money back. Stay far away!
