This place was gross, the pictures are completely catfishing you, the front desk guy was rude and because I had my teenage daughter he asked I pay $20 extra, that I can look pass but the way he went about it was weird, almost creepy tbh. Worst was waking up in the morning and the whole floor “tile” was wet, not sure if it was the fridge or the AC but all are stuff was soaking wet if it was on the floor, and first thing my daughter does is stand up on it and bust her @ss, slammed her knee really bad, when I told the front desk guy both him and I’m assuming his wife look puzzled and did nothing. Night before he stung a totally different tune about his extra $20 bucks tho. All and all spend the extra money go somewhere else , this is awful.

Rooms have old wall units but it was working well. So cold when I arrived that I had to turn it off. Wonderful shopping area less than 10 minutes away. It is an old 1950's building, maybe even the 40's so you have to expect that. No amenities but it served my purpose and was extremely reasonable for Miami. The boy at the from desk was very sweet and helpful.

Musty, mildew in room. We complained and manager offered to spray some Lysol. Water pressure was a trickle. VERY loud atmosphere with motel being right on a major road. Hard to sleep with all that noise.

Looked straight out of a horror movie. Floor was sticky, bathtub was disgusting, the remote control was dirty I had to use a napkin to switch channels. The train was heard every hour and a half very loud and trembling. Please spend the extra money on a better hotel.

Excellent location and perfectly priced based on the property condition and location. Check-in was a breeze. Old but clean. Road noise wasn't the issue I feared it might be. Close to good food and the start of the weekly Don Pan rides, which factored into my decision to try this property. I would say here again for short business (this was a business trip that I included some bike riding) trips or solo. If I had my spouse, I might have went with something nicer/pricier.

I stayed for two nights while visiting my college student. The room was by the main road so we can hear all the traffic. The AC helped drain the noise a little. Other than that the stay was comfortable.
