Our private studio is located in a condominium hotel, all amenities are maintained by the hotel staff.

Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.

You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.

The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.

The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.

Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.

The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. Just what we needed

I was in Miami for a little weekend sister reunion and the space was perfect, it looked exactly as pictured. The location was perfect close to cool little places to have coffee and eat but we also were able to cook breakfast when we wanted to. The pool was great. I wish the restaurant and bar were not under renovations I wonder what that would have been like. But that really didn’t matter too much in the end. The owner was very responsive but honestly I did not need him for much because everything was as it should. I was very happy with my experience and would come back again 😊

Great location and a wonderful owner

Very clean great location and whenever anything broke there was always somebody there to fix it immediately only thing I would suggest is to bring quarters if you want to do laundry because I couldn’t find any quarters but I did find a wash and fold that was very close by!

Amazing room!

Joe and Deborah’s studio is perfect for a long weekend stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and fully functioning. The balcony view is breathtaking, and the king sized bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt! Joe and Deborah were very attentive via text message and email and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before checking in. The only thing that we missed was daily cleaning service but that did not make or break our experience. 100% recommend this property!!

Relaxing getaway with beautiful views

The owners are very attentive and provided great communication. The condo included a very practical kitchen to make meals. The balcony bar/dining table was great vantage point to enjoy morning coffee with views of the sunrise on the marina. In a great walkable location near a wide variety of quick eats, upscale dining, and a nice walking park by the water. Convient home base for any exploring in Miami.

Evyon our bed was very Dirty with spots on everything we had to call a couple of times for them to come and give us clean linens and they actually went and bought new linens to put in there should’ve had it done before I checked in so I really don’t recommend anybody to go and stay there it looks good in pictures it looks very beautiful in pictures but cleaning wise know I’m not good at all

The room was awesome! Exactly as pictured.

Great time in Miami. Clean CUTE room. Loved it. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view! Great shower. There was a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay an extra $36 a night to park our rental car. That was great! There was a laundry key, but we never used the laundry facilities. We went to see the pool area (which was nice) but were busy with other plans so didnt get to spend much time there. Would be a GREAT place to watch the sunset. :-) The communication from the owner was great! Very responsive. Someone else had parked their car in the wrong place and it was going to be towed. The owner emailed and sent me a text to make sure it wasn’t me and that my car was not going to be towed. That was appreciated. But luckily it wasn’t me! Thanks for having us stay at your place in Miami. If I am in the area again I definitely will stay there again. Coconut Grove is a fun, hip, very walkable area. CVS just down the street for any supply needs. Thanks again.

Location, restaurants, clean and modern

We booked this condo on a whim at the last minute and were not disappointed. Place looked just like the pictures. Check in & out was quick and easy, parking included & the view was awesome. We had a full moon while there and it was breathtaking. Walked every where, food was amazing but if you needed an Uber they were there in minutes and cost was low. Thanks Joe for all your help & quick response and for letting us stay over on our way to.Punta Cana

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Owners were very responsive. The building is in a great location. We used the gym, did some light cooking, and enjoyed the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
