The floors in the room were very dirty. It was gross taking my shoes off, feet were black after walking around. No toilet paper holder. The only place to put it was on edge of sink and got wet. No hand towels, only bath towels and wash clothes. Those were very limited. I was not informed when checking in there was a rooftop terrace. I would have loved to go up there at night for the sights

The place is clean, the location is great. Old tv and the remote never worked, asked for another one they came to knock at my door at 11pm even when I had the dnd sign.

They didn't have no towels or wash cloths they told me that they have to wait for housekeeping to come in at 11 and check out was not until 11 and if i have to extend my check out time i had to pay 60.00 mind you this is there fault that i didn't have nothing to wash my ass never staying here again mind you i used to stay here when i come to Miami.

En lineas generales es bien, bonito y limpio. El staff de la recepción super atento y servicial. Sin embargo la cama no está en buenas condiciones, la nevera no enfría para nada. De resto, es chevere para una noche o dos.

The hotel is under construction. The bathroom had holes that needed to be filled due to the work being done. There were bugs all over the room (both dead and alive) crawling on the walls.

This property does NOT look like the photos. I arrived in the evening and it was scary! The room was small and the bathroom was not pleasant and the bed felt like cardboard. Save your time and upgrade, sometimes you dont get what you pay for.
