South Beach PRIDE!!!

Michael was a terrific host. Responsive to communication, friendly and accommodating. We had a slight hiccup with our original reservation and he immediately contacted us with an alternative offer and solution. There was a welcome snack pack awaiting us which was very sweet and much needed after 12 hours of travel. The unit is convenient to all things South Beach, clean and perfect size for our group of 3. Would rent from Michael again anytime

Son’s 21st Birthday vacation

Property was exactly as listed… Very clean; plenty of towels and fresh linen; superb location in the Art Deco district. Two very nice Smart TVs; 5G WiFi; very comfortable. Took my son and friend there to celebrate his 21st birthday… it was a working vacation for me. I will return with my wife in November for our anniversary.

Mycket bra läge men sliten lägenhet.

Bäst: läget. Mitt i smeten i South Beach med nära till stranden och med ett stort utbud av restauranger och affärer runt hörnet. Bra: den stora sängen och att de två badrummen. Gott om handdukar, lakan m.m. Mindre bra: sliten lägenhet, t ex avskavd färg och trista ytskikt. Väldigt trångt kök och en del utrustning undermålig. Skinnsoffan inte särskilt bekväm att sova i. Sämst: två kaffebryggare men ingen fungerade mer än undantagsvis. När vi mejlade värden lovade han komma med en ny men det hände aldrig. Uselt!

Perfekt läge

Perfekt strl på lägenhet med bra läge till stranden och lagom nära nattlivet. Riktigt kök som går att laga mat i. Något sliten lägenhet med en del trasiga maskiner, kaffekokare, lådor, diskmaskin mm.
