The photos in Expedia did not match the room at all. The room smelled bad, the balcony doors did not open and the quality was very bad. Someone was supposed to come and fix the door to the balcony and they never came to fix it. Management did not respond to our complaints.

The room is old and can use upgrading, and it felt muggy. Everything was brown, down to the bad carpeting. The staff was fine. The fee of $28 dollars a day for an umbrella on the beach was outrageous.

Elevators take forever. Be warned when they say breakfast included, it’s not. You only get a rebate of $20 per person per day which is not enough to cover a decent breakfast with coffee. Not allowed to bring a cooler at the beach. My husband has mobility issues and we had to go to the room for lunch which took forever since only 2 of their 3 elevators work with long delays. There is construction going on outside which we weren’t put aware of. This was our second time there, not going back.
