The toilet paper was woefully subpar. I know it's a hotel and I'm not asking for a roll of Charmin in every bathroom, but I've been to gas stations with better toilet paper than what was provided. The room was also stuffy and since the AC was locked I couldn't cool it down to the temperature I needed to be comfortable which I find surprising in a location such as Miami. Additionally, the upholstery of the couches in the Lobby (25th floor) were extremely scuffed and stained which made them seem shabby given the overall hotel persona.

The room was neglected on the first day only, but after that, it was perfect. Our problem was the number of deposits they were charging almost every day, a new charge. They took deposits in the amount of $501 upon arrival. Following this, there were several charges, and then they would return the amount they charged. We spoke with the front desk/Lobby, but they mainly seemed incompetent. Several guests were disputing the same matters. A couple of days after departing the hotel, I saw that they charged me an additional $267. I immediately called my bank to dispute these charges.

The whole property feels spa-like with a clean, modern asthetic. Our King suite had panaromic views, was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom, with tub and lovely toiletries. The property is surrounded by great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions and a bike ride away from the beaches and a light house. Did not feel like a hotel at all - more like a condo with some very basic (and far not the best) level of service. Rather lack of it. May be by design. This was not a problem as long as you are prepared for it and don't need it. Top notch property. Superb location. Just not a hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and always there for anything you need. My only complaint is that the valet fee at $50 was a bit steep, compared to other hotels nearby. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Brickell.

The facilities are good and the property itself is well maintained, but the overall experience is seriously compromised by the lack of service. There is essentially no hospitality. Not even a simple “good morning” from the front desk. Calling the reception often goes unanswered, and if you need help with luggage, be prepared to wait for hours. The hotel feels more like a residential building than a place focused on guests. If you value service, attention, and basic courtesy, this is not the right choice. The infrastructure alone is not enough to compensate for the absence of hospitality.

No balcony in room. Room was advertised as being at Brickell city center but it was about .6 miles away. The elevator process was weird. You go from G to 25th floor. Go around the corner to another set of elevators the. Take those down to floors 16-24. Customer service wasn’t good at the restaurant or for the check in and out process. The overall layout of the hotel was odd. The pool was across the street. You would take the elevator from your floor to the 25th floor. Go to another bank of elevators around the corner, take that to G level. Walk through the guest drop off/taxi:uber area then take another elevator up to floor 14 to the pool.
