No balcony in room. Room was advertised as being at Brickell city center but it was about .6 miles away. The elevator process was weird. You go from G to 25th floor. Go around the corner to another set of elevators the. Take those down to floors 16-24. Customer service wasn’t good at the restaurant or for the check in and out process. The overall layout of the hotel was odd. The pool was across the street. You would take the elevator from your floor to the 25th floor. Go to another bank of elevators around the corner, take that to G level. Walk through the guest drop off/taxi:uber area then take another elevator up to floor 14 to the pool.

This is not a high end hotel by any means. Ugly 80s bathroom, tired building, inconvenient elevator switching to get to room, amenities are lower tier. This showed up as a 5 start hotel on Hotels.com but it’s more like a 3 star hotel. The water was lukewarm and wouldn’t get hot.

Great hotel. Friendly staff, Ms. Dolce at front desk is amazing. Good place to stay on Brickell, still good views from rooms, despite of all new buildings popping up around.

The staff was genuinely helpful, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bay view room I stayed in. I absolutely loved the view and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The room service and restaurant staff are very attentive and respectful, making sure guests feel cared for. Even during a busy company event, they managed to accommodate us wonderfully. I do think the menu could be improved a bit, but overall, it was a lovely experience.
