Things I loved about Boulan: -proximity to the beach -cleanliness -great equipment at the gym -rooftop pool/lounge area -balcony -expresso machine in room -rooms have EVERYTHING you need (e.g. a clothing steamer, a sponge to wash the dishes) -in room washer dryer Honestly, I could go on. This was an exceptional stay; I would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!

Very nice room in a great location right on Collins, short walk to the beach as well as tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. We even found a place within 2 blocks serving dinner at 1:30am. Room was bigger and more well appointed than expected.

I have had the best stay at Boulan my room was (penthouse 6 ) and was clean and provided a partial ocean view as listed! We also had use of the pool on the roof and literally a 5 minute walk or less to the ocean! We had housekeeping daily and had plenty of food choices in the area. Highly recommended hotel for anyone staying in south beach

The property was well maintained and the staff were truly helpful. The restaurant Orange Blossom which is on site had amazing food. The rooftop pool was great.
