Important Check-In Information



In accordance with building policy, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby to assist with check-in. Please share your estimated arrival time or preferred arrival window so we can coordinate your welcome. If you’re flying in, you may also provide your flight details to help us plan accordingly.



Arrivals after 11:00 PM require special arrangements and may incur a $100 late check-in fee. Please coordinate with us in advance if you expect to arrive late.

Resort fee: $38.50 per day, payable directly to the building

The building’s front desk can hold packages. However, guests do not have access to a mailbox key. Please plan deliveries accordingly.



★ PET POLICY



Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, payable to the building at check-in. Advance notice of the number and weight of your pets is required so arrangements can be coordinated.



★ PROVISIONS & ESSENTIALS



Your stay includes Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries.



Please note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not provided. We recommend bringing your own if needed.



★ GUEST SCREENING



A check-in procedure will be conducted for security and fraud prevention. Guests are expected to cooperate with the required verification process.



★ SAFETY & CLEANING



The property follows CDC cleaning standards, including thorough disinfection between stays. Exterior surveillance cameras are in place for security.



★ EXTRAS & ADDITIONAL SERVICES



Host & Keep Vacation Rentals offers concierge assistance for optional services during your stay. Whether you’re interested in renting a boat, hiring a private chef, or arranging a massage, our team can help coordinate local third-party services upon request.

By booking optional add-ons, guests agree to the applicable terms and acknowledge the third-party nature of these activities.
