This was a horrible vacation for myself and family a previous rental guest came to the house looking for some property or keys that was left behind. Instead of the local personal staff for the property came and took care of the matter I was called on phone to look for some lost keys the previous rental person left there. Instead of the local personal staff come to the resident themselves another strange vehicle came parked in front of the resident it just was horrible I felt unsafe and the owner. Only to find out after notifying the owner he sent the person there incase the previous renter returns again.The owner refused any type of refund for myself and family, I feel this was an invasion of privacy. This was our first trip to Miami and it probably my last .IT WAS HORRIBLE.

It's always a concern when booking for the first time... "is this going to be in a good area?" I was very pleased with this neighborhood, off-street parking, cleanliness and more. The traffic pattern inside the house took a moment to get used to, but the rooms were spacious, the mattresses were GREAT, there were plenty of linens---and the outside areas were fantastic! Check in and out was easy, and we were happy with our stay. THEN.....I left behind a jacket. The property manager worked through with me to return my item! I will definitely look to stay here again----SO PLEASED!

Family Trip

Stayed for 3 nights and the home had plenty of space for 12 people. We were close to everything. Was unable to use the pool but that was because it rained everyday. Would stay here again

On September 11, 2024 my family and I traveled to Miami Florida for a mini vacation. Upon arriving at this property, we immediately noticed it looked nothing like the pictures and we were instantly aggravated, upset, and disappointed. The outside edge of the home was rusting, the grass was unkept, and the outdoor kitchen was horrible. The location has very little street parking so the option given was to park on the front lawn. The table outside was peeling, refrigerator filthy, outdoor stove burners were rusted. We followed the directions on where to enter the house in the back but found part of the house was locked. We had to re-enter though the front (an alternate entrance door) to access the other rooms and unlock the connecting door. When we walked thru the home, we noticed the oven door was nasty, shower curtain was missing hooks along with a black spot on it. There were a few spots on the walls and the dining room smelled of cigars smoke. After contacting the property manager and face timing her pointing out the issues, suddenly the responding stopped. We ask for a partial refund, but she stated they could not do so. We informed her we wouldn’t be staying at the property due to all the issues. Our family had to find last minute Hotel rooms which was an additional unexpected expense for our elderly family members. This home should NOT be listed, and the pictures of this property need to be removed until some major changes are made!!

Upgrades needed

Even though we did arrive early. The cleaning still was not complete. As well the plumber came to unclog toilet. While we were in the house. The pest control came and wanted to enter the house. We called the owner who stated oh yes he comes weekly. This should have been done prior to us occupying the house. We did not allow him to enter while we were there. The house needed a lot of upgrades and repairs. It was suitable just enough for a 1 night stay not long term.

London to Miami for a week

We had a great vacation in Miami and this property added to our enjoyment. The kids loved the pool, adults the hammock! It is a very quiet neighbourhood and we all slept very well in the clean spacious bedrooms. We had a meal in the outside bbq kitchen area and used the laundry facilities. We were sad to say goodbye!
