Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

The property manager was responsive to questions, but the rooms were filthy. ( I had 2 rooms reserved) I asked numerous times to have my rooms cleaned, which never happened. There was sand/ filth on the floors, my socks turned black if I didn’t wear shoes. There were what appeared to be boogers on the bed skirt, plastic gunk in the shower , clumps of hair under the bed, chips in the couch, finger prints & smudges on the mirrors and patio doors. There was an inch of dust on the base boards, the paint was chipped and beat up. I could go on and on. We had 6 people in a room, and were only able to get 4 bath towels & two wash clothes . If we wanted more, we had to take the dirty ones down to the cleaning services only during the hours for 8:30-4:30. Our hair dryer was broken and tv batteries were dead, we called to let them know, but no one came to fix it. The location on the beach was great, but other than that, I was less than impressed.

While the location delivered on its promise — easy beach access — nearly everything else fell short of expectations.The property and complex felt noticeably low-end. The unit was poorly stocked for the number of guests the listing claims to accommodate: towels, plates, and silverware were all insufficient for even a small group. Prospective guests should also know that the "laundry" advertised is not in-unit — it's a shared facility within the apartment complex that comes with an additional fee. That distinction was not made clear in the listing.More concerning was a hygiene issue: we found dirty underwear in the closet, left behind from a previous stay. That's an unacceptable housekeeping oversight.The biggest frustration, however, was dealing with the host. Communication was difficult throughout, and the issues didn't end when we got home. Before our stay, the host added an unauthorized charge and then went silent when we tried to get answers. Resolving it required significant time on the phone with VRBO both before and after the trip — ultimately, we were not held responsible for the charge, but the process was unnecessarily stressful.The beach proximity is a genuine plus, but given the cleanliness issues, misleading listing details, and post-stay billing dispute, I would not return or recommend this property or host.

Beach was great! Carpets could use a cleaning. Dining room chairs are a little run down and screws loose. No batteries in the remotes. Not many things to do in the area. The restaurant was skeptical. Never had anyone in there.

The view from this location was fantastic and the access to the beach was excellent. So why is this a 2 star? It is because the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk is wonderful at check in. But after you sign the papers and get the keys, the excellent service ends. In my apartment, we had 3 beds and they only gave us 1 blanket for 3 beds. For the first night, we slept with a plain sheet and our coats over us as blankets. My wife went down to get extra blankets but was told by the security staff that the front desk had left and there was no one available to provide any service. I went down later and the security guard told me the same thing. When I complained, he blamed me for not looking up the reviews. He said that this is a pretty bad place and he gets complaints all the time. He said the management just doesn't care about people there. The attitude of everyone one there was really bad. The only one that had a good attitude was the bell boy who was working for tips! Several times, we went for an evening walk and noticed the front staff had left 45 minutes to 75 minutes before they were supposed to. Now, about the room, they had only 1 hand soap for 2 bathrooms. There is no kitchen towel, only 1 small roll of paper towels. There is very little additional supplies. Only 1 wine glass, 2 cutting knives. I could go on. Overall, the view is great, but the experience of staying there is soooo bad I would not stay here again. Worst place!

The location is the best part of this place. It has easy access to the beach and the walking and biking path, and it’s not too far from South Beach, though you’ll still need a long Uber ride to reach Ocean Drive or the city center.Unfortunately, the building itself really needs attention. The common areas were dirty and poorly maintained during our entire stay. The hallways were not cleaned, and there was visible dirt and hair in the same spot for several days. It felt like there was little care or management of the property.The unit was okay but did not match the photos. The carpet is very outdated and did not look clean, which made the space feel worn. While we spent most of our time outside, this was disappointing, especially given the price and expectations.Overall, the location is good, but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made the stay underwhelming. We would not stay here again.

I had two bookings here- One before our cruise and one after. Thought everything was fine until I realized the day of our stay, our first reservation had been cancelled by the host, leaving us to find last minute accomodations elsewhere. We stayed for our second reservation after our cruise. The place was okay. Had an odor but otherwise fine, however they scam you with the paper towel cards. There is fine print to return, which no one mentioned after I specifically said I had them with me upon checkout... somewhere in my luggage. (They are literally paper), They said I would be reimbursed for all holds on my room, never mentioned I needed to get them back out to turn in, and then charged me $20 each for these small pieces of paper. Scammers. Will not be back. Save your money and keep your piece of mind.

The location is perfect for being on the northern end of south beach. You are out of all of the commotion, and have direct access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It’s easy to walk down to south-south beach as well, or take a taxi. The full balcony is great however, the apartment itself is a little dingy and needs a little TLC. Updated pictures of what it looks like in current time would be nice.

Pros: Corner/end unit with plenty of windows and natural light. Patio with ocean view. Easy access to the pool and ocean. Clean unit and comfortable furniture.Miscellaneous: The larger bed is in the smaller room and the 2 smaller beds are in the larger room with the master bathroom. This wasn’t a negative and likely done to accommodate more people, but it was a little random.Worth noting: Bring your own amenities. For example, paper towels, dish detergent/soap, trash bags, kitchen towels, kitchen soap.Check-in and checkout: It is hotel style where one must check-in at a front. There’s also a security deposit that’s taken upon check-in. Cleaning crew comes after stay, so no need to take out the trash, gather bedding, etc.

Clean, roomy, but needs updates and local info

Very clean place! Great beds and showers. Nice set up of apartment. Disappointed at some parts of the place: blinds were old and falling down, which made me concerned that the surprise damage deposit would not be refunded. Facilities needed some updating. Could have used more local info in the room: where to eat, how to get around, etc. More (any)hand towels in bath and any kitchen towels( or paper towels) and kitchen soap were needed. Services on site were never open( except for small bar). A small coffee place or restaurant would have been a daily stop for us. Staff just said it would be open “later” with no time ever mentioned. Suggestions: tell renters in the booking about the damage deposit, post or provide binder with local info- or have brochure stand somewhere. Stock kitchen with basics( salt/ pepper/ oil/ potholders). Higher toilets. Be honest about the tiki area and market, restaurant opening hours, and spa services on site. Great location, nice staff who clean well. Just update the place and provide info for us older people. Don’t expect people to ask. Instead provide them with information more than a list of phone numbers.

Elevators weren’t working properly. Got stuck several times. Asked for wash cloths and towels three separate times and never received them. Kitchen had no dish towels or cloths. It says it accommodates 6 but kitchen only had 4 coffee cups. One wine glass and one spoon. The tv had colored lights through the screen.

Bait & switch- misleading

One day before arrival, after the point I could cancel my reservation, they messaged me that we were being relocated to another suite due to a maintenance issue. The room was smaller seating wise. The master had a full instead of a queen sized bed. It was an ok price for the space, but not as listed. The place was musty upon entry. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The space was in need of a deep clean. There was an odd door in the kitchen that opened to the hall that only had a door handle lock, no upper lock. The dining sat 4 instead of 6 as pictured. We are a family of 5. There was nothing to wash the dishes with. The dishes in the cabinet were too dirty to use.There was a nice pool and the property had beach access through a private back gate. The elevator was really slow. I felt mislead and see that is consistent with other reviews. I wouldn’t stay here again.
