In Mérignas, 15 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 25 minutes from the TGV of Libourne, an authentic house of large size in the inter-seas; with 8/9 beds. This picturesque old barn is ideal for visiting the Bordeaux region, the vineyards and the neighboring Périgord. This house is perfect for 2 couples + with children. A leisure center with swimming is available 10 min/car away (non-contractual above-ground swimming pool) A mezzanine transformed into an art studio with its equipment (pottery, painting, sculpture) is available for budding and experienced artists. A TV/children's lounge is located upstairs. Several bicycles, various activities such as badminton, bow, tennis court are possible or nearby, for the enjoyment of children and sportsmen. In the middle of the vineyards, it is suitable for lovers of the countryside, wine, nature and culture. The rooms are all upstairs and this accommodations are unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility and impotent people.

Huge vacation home in the middle of vignards

This is a really big property where you can sleep with many people. There are two living rooms, artist studio, dining room, etc. The setup is a bit odd/strange. There are three connected bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet is downstairs for example. That did not stop us from having a good time. It is very well equiped (kitchen is very complete). Also loads of toys for the kids like a ping pong table, etc. Pool had an issue when we were there, but, we could use it anyway.

Malerisches Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen, liebenswert umgebauten authentischen Bauernhaus Nähe Rauzan. Der Pool war gut gewartet und sehr angenehm, das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz und viel Gelegenheit für Freizeitaktivitäten und künstlerischen Betätigungen. Spiele, Bücher, Boule und Federball etc. sind vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch den Nachbarn war sehr nett und unterstützend. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll, man kann tolle Fahrradtouren und tolle Exkursionen und Besichtigungen im Umland machen. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter. N. Meyer

Super belle et grande dans son jus

Séjour idéal pour nous qui fuyons la foule. Au milieu des vignes et une grande piscine que demander de plus. L’accueil est parfait et convivial. Nous avons apprécié la présence de Ludovic et sa grande disponibilité
