Overall, it was good. We would definitely stay there again. Only negatives were that the bathroom wasn’t air conditioned, so was very humid, and we weren’t sure if the pool was ok (very cloudy). On the plus side, very helpful staff, great WiFi, handy water refill station in the lobby, very pretty hotel, hammock in room, private, parking lot, location, plenty of lights, good a/c, appreciated having a mini-fridge.

Great location with easy walking access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, I was disappointed that the booking indicated breakfast was included, yet I was later charged for it—and the cost was about three times what a similar meal would have been at a nearby restaurant. The staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. The location was a plus, but the unexpected breakfast charge and lack of hospitality were disappointing.

i had a really nice weekend, the hotel is located very close to paseo Montejo and its super walkable, lots of activities near by, the hotel looks nice an new, the towels could be way better, they give few and old looking, several new restaurants open in the area so many options to dine, it seems that the area is been rescued so in a sew more month would be great
