Property is located in the heart of city, a beautiful park across the street. The worst part of my stay is the shower is very rusty and shooting the water to the side. Besides that it's okay for what you pay

Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are some great shop and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk of the hotel. Pizza place right outside the door is excellent. Main plaza is one block away. I’ve stayed there twice now and have been impressed with the staff and their knowledge of local area.

Liked the nice classic look of the hotel, it's really well located, the staff was very nice and helpful. The firm mattresses were absolutely to my taste. Parking required a three-block walk, which I found good for the exercise--it was easy to drop off our bags before parking, so it's not a complaint on our part! Worth it considering the hotel's wonderful position in downtown Merida.) Our only complaints: we would have liked washcloths and more places to hang towels.

Great location! Beautiful hotel. My room faced the street & it was very noisy until about 1 am & then at 8 am when the shops opened & started blasting music. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel & you’ll be fine.

This hotel has a very lovely structure, but it needs a bit more upkeep. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to everything. My only complaints are that the room needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly, and the bathroom needs a bit more lighting. The pool also needs to be cleaned better, as there was a lot of accumulated mold. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel has an elevator, which is a plus.
