The most important part of this review is knowing that the staff is top notch. They were very kind, professional, and attentive. As a Platinum member, I was supposed to receive a free drink when I checked in, but it didn't happen. Honestly, I wasn't fussed, but the check in review asked - so I answered honestly. They sent a staff member with this bottle of wine to my room. I don't drink, so I declined it, but the thoughtfulness with really appreciated. The last day the door wasn't working properly, and they immediately had it fixed. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The front desk was always ready to help with any questions. Miriam at the spa was amazing - you definitely want services from her.

This is a very old hotel which was somewhat modernized. It is gorgeous! While the amenities are nice it has still retained the antique charm.

Reservamos 6 noches. Llegamos y la habitación tenía el baño sucio con bello púbico, no había servicios para poder tomar algo , tienes que ir al Oxxo , pedimos en ese momento la cancelación y a propósito tardaron en responder para quedarse con el dinero de 3 noches , de una habitación que era imposible de quedarse ahí , no obstante cuando solicite apoyo al hotel y hablar con un superior , nadie la respuesta y nos bloquearon, se quedaron con dinero que no corresponde. Pésimo y faltó de ética , muy lejos de lo que se dice de este hotel , tuvimos que irnos de ahí por que a parte la zona es súper sola. No dan la cara y no dan respuesta ni servicio al cliente ni se arriesguen hay muchos hoteles que por los mismos precios te dan mejores condiciones

El hotel en sí, muy bonito, no solo con historia y tradición, sino limpio y excelente servicio de camareras, meseros y recepcionista (excepto Cruz). Los elevadores lentos, o no funcionan; el desayuno pobre, pero el personal dispuesto a complacer en la medida de sus posibilidades.
