I’ve stayed here several times over the last year and it’s really only gotten better time after time. The staff is always very friendly and helpful; the rooms are spacious and clean; it’s very well located; and the restaurant is truly excellent. It’s a solid 3-4 star hotel in my view. Special kudos to Carlos, an incredibly nice bellman who always seem to be in a great mood! 🙂

Bed mattress was lumpy. Asked for our complimentary coffee at tte restaurant expecting to be seated, instead they had us wait by the cashier while a waiter brought us our coffee in a paper cup, asked for cream, they brought it over for us to pour it. Second time we took a seat at small table by edge of the dining room, uninviting atmosphere. We assumed it's hotel's policy to issue complimentary drinks to go. Great roof pool!

In general the hotel was clean and they had good service; however, we stayed 3 days and the housekeeper did not do our room because she would showed up in the afternoon when we were already back in the room. It wasn’t until the last day that she explained that if we needed room service to clean in the mornings we would had need to ask the front desk and she would have come and do it in the morning and not in the Afternoon. I think this bit of information would’ve been a lot helpful if they would’ve told us when we checked in and not at the end of our journey.

Jeremias and Wendy truly made us feel at home — their warmth and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay. I would have gladly given this experience a full 5-star rating, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive the city-view room we had booked. Instead, our room faced the parking lot. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary drink per person each day. However, instead of receiving three drinks daily for our group of three, we were only given two. Despite this issue, Jeremias and Wendy’s outstanding service made our stay memorable.
