I tried to check in, but the Indian man behind the counter was incredibly rude. When I walked up to the counter, he was on his phone ( with the volume full blast, watching videos like a child), and when he saw me, he said, "yeah?". It got worse from there, and he tried even denying me my room due to the fact that I used a nickname on Expedia. I've never had this issue before. He was so nasty to me the entire time, I had to call corporate and demand a refund, and a new hotel. Corporate helped me, and sent me to Ramada, a massive improvement. NEVER stay in this filthy place with rude staff.

When checking in, I was asked to provide ID. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly. The super breakfast is not super, just coffee, a couple of cold cereals, and a toaster without bread. AC makes a lot of noise, and finally, nobody cleaned the room while we were there. Lastly, they have a superwoman early in the morning brewing coffee and making sure everything looks clean in front of the house. Coffee was good, but they don't provide liquid cream. I have to go to Walmart to find 1/2 and 1/2 Thank you!

Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!

The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). I got a text telling me to reply if I needed anything, which I did, and there was no response.

The carpet was filthy they didn’t clean my room or change my towels the entire 6 night stay. The air filters were cluttered with dust and looks like they have never been changed before. The tub look disgusting with paint chips every where. The entire room was dusty. Everything about the stay was terrible and I want a refund.

Everything was good clean and working . My only complaints are the bathroom shower water pressure, its weird and the water filled the tub while i showered. Took like 30mins to drain. And the free breakfast is very limited but a nice value for the price. I would stay again for one or two nights.

Bathroom in our room had what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling, wall and back of the door. The microwave in our room did not have a microwave plate and our room smelled like dirty feet the entire time. The only time anyone was ever at the desk was early mornings or late nights otherwise there was a sign stating they were busy helping another guest the whole time.
