The only positive things about this hotel is it was super inexpensive. $62 with tax and it is right off of Hwy 55, so convenient to the Interstate. I reserved a room with a king bed but no king beds when I checked in, I found a dead bug on the dresser, and the smoke detector was laying on the bed with no battery in it!! Not safe!! The free breakfast was a joke!! All items came in plastic bags. With the exception of the fruit. It is about as basic as it gets and I did not like that I booked a king bed and didn’t get that!

When i got into the room it wasn't a king bed like i rsvp it was 2 double beds. Walking into room heat was the highest it would go n the thermostat was broken. The refrigerator was frozen into not working and water sitting on all shelves... we despite all that continuing on to stay but after seeing roches EVERYWHERE i went down and got a refund. Disgusting.

There was a couple of wet spots on the floor just inside the main door. It was there again in the morning & I cleaned it up-I didn’t want you to think that my dog went in the room. I’m so glad that you let us have service dogs in the room with us!!! The man at the front desk brought my phone up to my room I left it at Subway & they brought it over to the hotel.
