Summary:
Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Across from the kitchen is a half bath. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with an oversized shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two rooms have a king sized bed and the other has two sets of full over full bunk beds. Additionally the living room has a 65 inch Roku TV, and every bedrooms has its own Roku TV. You will love this home away from home!

The home was built in 2018 and has a modern look and feel.

Guests will have access to the entire home except 1 closet .

Quiet, walkable, up and coming neighborhood in Midtown. Right outside of Cooper Young. Close to great restaurants and downtown.

Very Functional

We loved the layout of the house. The kitchen and living area were open and worked well to cook and watch football over the weekend. The appliances were nice. The shower was amazing and had excellent water pressure. We did laundry and the washer and dryer were big and very nice. The upstairs carpet probably needs replaced and some of the cookware. The carport was excellent and felt safe. The neighbors were nice.

Loved the Property

The home was great! It was very spacious, accommodating, modern updates, very clean, and it had all of the amenities you need. Close proximity to downtown as well. I would definitely stay here again!
