Jamica was great at housekeeping. Very friendly with a great disposition. However, I saw roaches on five different occasions and only about half the channels worked on the TV. The front desk person is a little short with customers and needs some training in customer service

As a My6 Rewards member who stays with Motel 6 frequently due to work travel, I want to bring something to your attention. At this location, my room preference for a quiet area on the backside of the property away from interstate traffic and foot traffic is rarely honored. I list this preference on every reservation because it genuinely impacts my rest and overall stay. Given how often I travel and how consistently I choose Motel 6, it would be greatly appreciated if this location could make a stronger effort to accommodate the request whenever rooms are available in that area. I value the brand, and I appreciate the team’s efforts. I’d simply like to see my preferences reflected more consistently to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay. Thank you for your attention to this.
