Room 211 dirty,we didn't even stay 1hr when we checked in put the suitcase in the room and left to eat at the casino around 4:15pm got back around 5:30pm pull the cover back on the bed and its hair everywhere and a big pee stain in the middle told the lady at the front desk she tried to give us clean sheets we was so gross out we left and i ask for a refund and she said that's not possible, i took pictures and im going to dispute the charges at my bank

5 stars for a 2 star hotel in comparison to other 2 star hotels. Very clean updated well maintained room. Maybe a musty smell but not overly smelly. Only negative maybe the area. I didn’t have an issue but signs in the lot were the standard "we are not responsible for damage... theft etc .. Good for a 1 night stay. Not far from downtown Memphis by car. Easily went back to the Arcade for breakfast. Definitely would stay again
