Check-in was quick. Staff were courteous and immediately welcoming. The room was clean but the shower floor had some dirty residue that was visible and I suspect is difficult to remove. The pool and fitness room were very clean and inviting. They advertise cookies, but they were always gone whenever we looked for them. Hot cocoa and marshmallows were always available. The location was perfect being close to Beale Street without having all the noise. I really appreciated the easy parking in the gated lot with an on-duty guard at night. The one thing that would have made this hotel stay more perfect would be if breakfast were included for the price, but overall, enjoyed the stay here and would book again.

The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best!

Friendly professional staff. Clean room. Had breakfast twice and thought it was much too expensive considering the quality (pancakes were dry and packed). Everything else about the stay was excellent although the concept of an unlockable barn door on the bathroom is ridiculous. No one needs to glean that much personal information from there travel companions from around the crack of the bathroom door.

-Several electrical outlets didn’t work, nor did some of the lamps. -zero housekeeping services, after 4 days, we had towels piled up, trash overflowing… -staff was very nice, professional, but appeared understaffed( took some doing to get extra towels) -refrigerator cabinet door was broken -constant drip in shower on a metal plate made for an annoying sound - multiple dogs barking incessantly( left in rooms I’m guessing) Great location, but likely not stay here again.

When we arrived, the check-in person (name?) told us our room was not ready, so she gave us a coupon for two drinks AND upgraded our room, without us asking! The upgraded room was very large and nice, as were the two drinks!

The Good: The location, The DJ at the restaurant, My salmon The Bad: The room was not clean, The cabinet were refrigerator was had exposed wood that cut my hand when I reached into it, They charger over 18% gratuity without telling us or posting it anywhere, they burned my sister’s salmon and my other sister’s chicken wings were not real chicken the text was like soy. I didn’t want to ruin girls night with my 3 sisters but I can’t say the experience was great. It was between okay and good.

My girlfriends and I were in town for a concert at FedEx Forum. This location was literally around the corner from the arena. The staff was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.
