The building was clean and bright and the staff very nice. We did have some issues. The heat/AC unit in our room was leaking onto the floor and the edging on the shower was loose causing another puddle. Also, our room was on the ground level and music from the lobby filtered down the hall and the only member of our group who slept well was the person with earplugs.

I liked how it was new (seems to have been built in the last couple years as that’s when I had to visit and stay in the area last time) modern without limiting things you actually need in a hotel in this same category. The service was prompt when we checked in and out, the price was in line with the amenities of the room. The hotel was right off the interstate, walking distance to at least 1 restaurant right out the back door and then a quick trip gas station within half a mile of the hotel front door. All in all, a great value and a welcome option to the area for newer, clean hotels near the interstate and quick access to Memphis across the bridge.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Very impressed with everything. I booked my return stay at this location as well. The only recommendation is that the signage for breakfast should say it begins at 7:00 a.m. and not 6:30 a.m. I noticed other guest were ready as well as I was. Great location and easy access to the highways.

Yes the staff was courageous, the room was very small , it was clean , but we had to ask them to refresh our room take out trash and clean it . The shower should have a grab bar did not feel safe in it ,, the food was good the food servers were very nice. We had an issue with the TV. This hotel is basically for a one night stay. Overall it’s okay but I would rather stay at another hotel for the purpose that I came for 3 nights or more needed more space , felt cramped in Overall it’s ok not complaining Just explaining Oh yeah the price not good too much for the room , $150 per night 😔 $722. 4 nights

Nice hotel near HWY40. We stayed one night while traveling to the east. Check in was quick. Room was clean and cozy with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, usual for most of hotels.
