The room was clean and big, BUT the beds were very uncomfortable. The listing shows an outdoor recreation area but you need key access and apparently was not part of the room price. Very noisy, but that would be expected as right in the centre of the CBD and across from busy night spots.

Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. Very old rug/flooring and apartment had an off smell. Parking is expensive and a huge hassle. Not having the front desk staffed was very inconvenient. Not having housekeeping was very inconvenient as well. No one to ask for extra trash bags, coffee bags, or towels. Having in suite laundry was helpful.
