Beautifully styled throughout, the home features an open-plan living and dining area with a split system for year-round comfort, a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. Relax and soak up the sun on the front deck or dine alfresco on the back deck overlooking the huge yard. Head downstairs to the separate TV/chill-out room to watch a movie on the sofa bed without disturbing anyone else. With modern touches and relaxed vibes, Dixie is the ideal escape for families or small groups looking to unwind by the sea.

Located just minutes from Rye’s beautiful bay beaches, Dixie is the perfect base for exploring the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Spend your days strolling along the foreshore, unwinding in the Peninsula Hot Springs, tasting local wines, or enjoying coastal walks through the nearby national parks. With boutique shops, cafes, and local eateries just a short drive away, there’s something here for everyone.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11 pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
