Disliked: Check-in
Perfectly good apartment, good location, well equipped. However, the check-in procedure was a nightmare. There is no reception. You have to collect keys from a dingy little shop nearby, code provided was wrong, communication poor. Got a problem? Ring the helpline. They’re in Switzerland. Good luck.
