Once I got to the property, I did not stay. The location is great, but the block of flats is very run down. The paths and garden are not maintained well. You need to walk up four flights of outdoor concrete steps to access the apartment. Inside the apartment, the soft furnishings aren't fresh, and the bathroom is very small. If you rent this place, it's the type of place you would use for sleeping, not chilling/working. There is a childcare across the alley which is very noisy during the day. The target market for this apartment is budget traveler, and in my experience renting various places in the area when visiting family, it is priced at about double its worth.
