"I have stayed here several years in a row, as I do the Melbourne Art Show in April. Always, a great experience. Also, I forgot my IPad, called the hotel from the show, reception picked it up, and was able to pick it up at check in, on my way home."

"The room itself was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was not great but ok. The hotel itself is not being maintained. The elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs. This wasn’t a problem but it seemed to fit the lack of overall care for the facility. The carpets on the stairs and the hallways are very worn with stains and imbedded dirt that creates an unpleasant smell. It seemed that the cost we paid did not match the quality of the hotel. We would not choose to stay here again."

"Jack was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great Vacation. Unfortunately, I lost the diamond from my wedding band on the last day and was not able to find it. However, I know that the front desk clerk tried to make sure they did everything to find it.
