First, we got to the hotel and there was no parking for us, so we had to park overnight in front of a sign that says "No Parking Anytime". That was fun taking a random chance at our car getting towed. Second, we opened the door and there was a key and a latch lock that worked up top, but the door knob didn't shut and seal the door at all. The door would just swing open if it wasn't locked. Didn't feel secure at all. Third, in the shower was a dirty rag that was used from the last guests. Fourth, we had a dead cockroach next to our air conditioner in the morning. Luckily we didn't find it before and wonder if we were going to get crawled on. Lastly, when I booked this, I had no idea this was a motel. It does have a picture with the sign, and it does say "motel" on it so that is on me. However, there is nothing in the name on the listing that says Motel at all. Will not be coming back as there are much better options down the road.

Room was clean. Upon arrival we noted a broken dresser draw, plastic pieces in the bathroom and used both the message link and email link to notify facility of what we found. We had multiple messages but every time we replied we never recieved an answer. There was no communication at all. We let them know we were checking out at 9am and an hour later received check out instructions. I ynderstand being automated but we were totally ignored.

Booked a handicapped accessible room with roll-in shower. Were assigned a room that was not accessible, did not have a roll in shower, and that had a very narrow doorway to the the bathroom that no wheelchair could fit through. Staff member claimed that they were not notified by Expedia that we had booked a handicapped room, but that was false. We ended up canceling, having to pay for one night's stay, and stayed somewhere else. Rooms were small and tired looking.

There wasn't breakfast..did I miss something? I got an oceanfront room that was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is the noise from outside due to a huge sitting area in front of the 2 rooms and people hung out there late at nite. I did turn youtube on to rainstorm and it blocked out the noise. I got instructions on what to do after leaving around 830AM and I replied I was already gone. Those instructions should've been given on checkin. They were make sure the shade is up and a/c off etc. I replied back to to text but don't think they got it. Sorry we were gone and no one was there to take key so it went back in lockbox, that was the only instructions for leaving. I would stay there again as I love the ocean access and not in a busy hustle area. Right near Patrick Space Base and the awesome beaches down there!

We stopped here last minute before our drive home. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I booked somehow I did not check wheelchair accessible for my mom. When I got there the attendant was kind and understanding and helped switch me to another room. Inside was extremely clean and neat that I didn't feel like I needed to clean to sit down. Newly upgraded. Quiet (minus my children) there were other children there and we couldn't hear anyone. Loved the outdoor set up and easy access to the beach. Saving this to make a longer stay next time. Highly recommend this location.

It was such a short walk down to the beach. Lots of beach equipment available. The owner was amazing working with us coming in at a very late time from out of town. Very friendly. Cute decor. Very beachy. Clean bathroom. Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion provided. Free parking. Parked right in front of our door. Will Definity stay there again. recommend!

My husband enjoyed that it was so private and away from the hubub of the hotels and restraurants settled in the residential area. I enjoyed that it had a direct path to the beach for evening and early morning private walks with only few residents who live nearby.
