The Space:

This spacious loft is one of our finest apartments, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. With air conditioning to keep you cool during Medellín's warm days, you'll find everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking up your favorite meals, featuring modern appliances, a coffee maker for that perfect morning brew, and even a dining area with a view. The open-concept design enhances the sense of space, while large windows flood the loft with natural light. Relax in the elegant living room or step out onto the private balcony to take in the vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.

Our rooftop terrace is currently undergoing renovations to make it even better for future stays. While we work on these improvements, the terrace will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space soon!

The loft is located in Laureles, a lively and sought-after area in Medellín. You'll be close to popular spots like Parque de Laureles and the bustling La 70 street, known for its nightlife. The area is filled with cozy cafes, traditional Colombian eateries like Mondongo's, and plenty of green spaces for a relaxing stroll. Plus, you're just minutes away from the Atanasio Girardot Stadium and the city's top shopping destinations, including Unicentro



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this prime location. You can explore the neighborhood on foot, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The nearest metro station, Estadio, is only a few minutes by foot, providing quick access to the rest of the city. Taxis and rideshares are readily available, and there's also a network of electric scooters and bikes for rent if you prefer a more eco-friendly way to get around. Parking options are nearby for those traveling by car.
