The staff at front desk, Karoline, Paulina and the rest of the personnel, very professional, kind and helpful. That includes the rest of the staff on all shifts, and the Security and porter services. Also, Isabel at the coffee shop, was great. At the restaurant, Dayana, Samira and Michael, the Captain, performed an excellent job. And the food, delicious, presentation and service, the best. A nice property to return. I have stayed in it this 2025 3 times. Will always return. The location is the best.

This hotel is perfect for your stay if you are going to Provenza area. Is just across the street. The hotel was amazing, really good service, breakfast, and very clean. The decoration is beautiful.
