I only have positive things to say about this hotel. The location is excellent, free parking is available, breakfast is included, everything is very clean, and the gym is open 24/7 with a beautiful view. Above all, the service was exceptional from day one. Luisa was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She truly deserves a promotion or at least a raise—nowadays it’s rare to find people who do their job with such dedication and care. She genuinely made our stay better than expected.
