A very convenient hotel with different options for accommodations. Also has breakfast and dining options inside and around their facilities. The area is quiet and safe. The hotel rooftop has a nice infinity pool with a great view, bar and restaurant.

I recently stayed at the Landmark Hotel(08/2025)and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Please review this hotel before you stay

So I came in trying to figure out what's going on. My brother, who lived down the street, came to visit me and they told me I have to pay. If I have a friend to come, that's not on the list. So I put them on the list, and I came downstairs, and they told him he can't go upstairs. I don't know what's going on with that, but That was one thing. The second thing there are no hat cracks to the hole hotel room . Also, it's very hard to communicate with the staff downstairs. Try to let them know.It was little bugs flying in my room. Pretty crazy day

A great stay

Bed was comfortable, food options were solid, location was great and overall experience was excellent. Only downsides were smaller rooms and no coffee in room (though available in lobby & every restaurant on-premise).

Overall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, if you’re looking to stay in the most central part of El Poblado or close to the main attractions, this might not be the ideal location. It’s a bit removed from the liveliest areas. Also, there was quite a bit of construction going on nearby during my stay, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

Great hotel just check the pictures

I would have loved to have given this hotel five stars but could not. Upon our check-in, we were given the smallest room I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Smaller than anything I’ve ever seen in Europe or in New York City. We couldn’t even walk at the same time in the room. It was so small. We had booked an upgraded deluxe room and were shocked when we saw how tiny this room was. The next day, the staff did move us to a room that was a bit larger that was the exact same type I had booked originally. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, and it is in a great location. I would not hesitate to stay there again, however, definitely double check the pictures of the room you booked to the room you get.
