Me hubiera gustado que todos los empleados ( no algunos nada más) estuvieran adiestrado en lo que es el servicio personalizado. Ejemplo que te llamen por tu nombre cuando estás pasando por el lobby del Hotel o cuando bajarás al desayuno y más cuando tu estadía es de más de 7 días. Sí fueron serviciales, pero aún les falta bastante en lo que son los detalles. En general no estuvo mal y lo recomendaría, pero sí deben mejorar. Por otra parte, para ser un Hotel nuevo habían paredes con pintura descascaradas por ejemplo en el baño de mi habitación (513).

This was our second time staying here, and once again, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and kind — the hospitality here is unmatched. A special thank-you to Freddy, Daniel, and Alex, and of course the rest of the incredible staff (I wish I could remember all of your names!) for making me and my boyfriend feel so special during my birthday stay. Every little detail was thoughtful, and they truly went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the service is flawless, and the energy of the entire hotel just feels like home. En general es un hotel lindo pero creo que han descuidado el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, el agua salia de la ducha hacia las camas. La ceramica del baño no estaba bien acabada y filtraba el agua por debajo. El lavamanos tenia moho. La calidad de las toallas parecian lijas. Las areas comunes y piscina lucen hermosas el personal es muy amable y servicial. Por favor tengan dos jarras de cafe cuando se acabe una, colocan la otra asi no dejan el area sin cafe. Lahabitacion donde filtra el agua desde la ducha a la cama es la 401.

My stay at the Landmark boutique hotel was a tale of two halves: In the first half, there were a couple issues regarding service and amenities in the room that caused some friction. However, after bringing up concerns with management they were very proactive, took feedback well, and ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant. Outside of this experience, the amenities and hotel are beautiful. It's elegant, chic, and the rooms are the kind of rooms you want to spend time in even if Medellin's beauty beckons. The food choices in the hotel (run by third parties) are ok. We preferred Smash since it had better service and healthier food. However, there are plenty of great food choices in a 5-minute radius. Also, it is fairly central to many of Medellin's sights and the area around it is fairly quiet versus other areas in El Poblado. Highly recommend this for couples or solo travelers looking to stay in a comfortable, stylish place, with a diligent team.
