Affordable with great value

This hotel is the place to stay in Laureles. It is affordable with great value. The staff is very helpful with professionalism. Great location with easy access to all the nice restaurants and fun places in the city. The facility is always clean and well kept. Breakfast is decent.

Had a nice weeklong stay here. Room had nice view and was very clean. Even though it faced the street I slept well and I'm a very light sleeper. Comfortable full size bed (my room) and mini fridge. 2 minute walk to supermarket and several cafes. Only minor thing was the occasional elevator noise. Fantastic stay!

My stay at this property exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I had with the staff was met with a "can do" attitude. For example, I was unable to go on a tour to Lake Guatape due to the taxi driver not finding the tour bus. When I returned to the hotel and shared what had occurred, they immediately booked a similar tour (with hotel pick up) based on my availability. That's outstanding service for a guest to receive and one of the many reasons why I will be returning. I found the hotel to be located in a quiet area of Laureles within a short walk to an area with nightlife activities for those who are interested. A grocery store is right around the corner. A reasonable amount of restaurants are within walking distance or a short taxi ride which is very inexpensive. I stayed for a week and went on amazing adventures every day......some on tours and some solo. As woman traveling alone, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. So, I highly recommend staying here. It's a great hotel AND location for springboarding off on adventures of your choosing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was excellent. The communication between the staff and myself ensured that my trip went well. The facility is centrally located within walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops and stores. The room cleanliness and accommodations went above my expectations for the price. I would definitely recommend staying here, and intend to revisit the property on future visits.

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro , restaurants, park . The rooms were always clean . The lobby had a outside front patio which was perfect to have a drink at night . The only negative was the complementary breakfast was the same daily eggs , toast , fruit .
