Excellentes instalaciones, buen servicio al cliente de la mayoria de empleados a excepcion de una chica que nos atendio en frondesk, que le hicimos saber que una de las habitaciones no contaba con la cantidad de camas solicitadas y por la cual habiamos pagado mas, nos indico que todas las habitaciones tenia el mismo precio y aparte en el website de hoteles decia que tenian aire acondicionado lo cual no era cierto

El hotel es bonito y la gente bien amable, pero las camas son durísimas, literal es mas cómodo dormir en el suelo, por suerte me quede solo unas horas mientras hacia escala para el siguiente vuelo, que sufrimiento si me hubiera quedado mas días.

I could give you 5 stars but….. Everything was great, except early in the morning when I was ready to go to the airport, I asked the receptionist if I have time to have a cup of coffee and she told me that I didn’t have time to drink a cup of coffee and the transportation chofer offered me the cup of coffee without hesitation. El chofer muy educado y amable!

I overnighted at this hotel after a long flight. It's super close to the airport, clean, and well appointed. The staff are all very kind, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well as a tasty dinner. In fact, when I couldn't finish my dinner (the portion was large), a thoughtful staff member held it aside for me in their fridge. It's a perfect spot for convenience and to feel well taken care of.
