Beautiful area!! Exquisite property. No closets or drawers, construction noise, no remote to go in and out of gate, on demand system is not vented,so carbon monoxide leaks under the laundry room door when hot water is utilized. No taxi or uber will pick you up at the address. We tried numerous times over a week stay. Attentive host.

Each guest needs a remote for the exterior gate to enter onto the property. Soy Local Sajonia cannot continue to operate, successfully, without this. The on demand heating does not have its own venting.Dangerous carbon monoxide is what burning propane emits.We put a towel down to better seal off the door. They rely on the laundry room having ventilation holes, thinking that is sufficient. It is not. It’s not run like a hotel- We stayed 5 nights, and had to ask for a towel exchange, and our suite was never cleaned, or even offered to be cleaned. We are clean people, so not a problem, but don’t come with the mindset that it’s a hotel. The jacuzzi tried to heat up for almost 3 hours to lukewarm, with the host’s assistance. Teapot, soap dispenser, and kitchen sink all leak. We moved into the upper Chardonnay suite on day 2 because the hot water did not stay on for more that 30-40 seconds. Moreover, the lowest suite we left was very damp, with evidence of mold throughout. The beauty of this property is incredible. The transom windows allow you to see the magnificent clouds, and the storms that pass are a true gift. The covered deck is wonderful, and there is even a barbecue to cook on. When they finally finish building all the units,expect plenty of noise) the owner should rethink some current problems, and management issues, and we sincerely hope this unique property thrives.

Overall this place is amazing especially if you want to stay near the airport only 4 minutes away. I didn’t do my research enough because I would’ve stay in Medellin. The average taxi or uber from this location is about $30000-$50000 pesos. The place was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only part I didn’t like was asking for permission via what’s app to enter and leave the property. On the side the staff was available 24/7 to do so in a timely manner.

Honestamente todo horrible. Cuando llegamos, nos dieron la habitación que no era de nosotros. Después, cosas con la habitación no está funcionando como el jacuzzi. Pudimos usar el jacuzzi pero no hasta más tarde en la noche que eso no queríamos. Y los más que no me gustó fue que básicamente nos sentíamos atrapados ahí. Siempre le teníamos que decir a alguien que nos dejar salir or entrar. El día que nos teníamos que ir al aeropuerto para nuestro vuelo internacional, nadie nos estaba contestando para salir del hotel, porque había un portón y la única moda para salir, es escribir o llamar al staff que nos abren el portón. Estuve llamando más de 15 veces y tardó casi 25 minutos para que alguien nos abra el portón. No había comunicación ni organización del hotel. Tuvimos una mala experiencia y nunca voy a volver a este lugar. No recomiendo que se queden acá.
