El hotel es muy bonito pero tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado que para mi es algo demasiado importante y eso que los días estaban fríos, me dijeron que los aires no tienen más potencia de la que ya tenía mi cuarto y que el hotel estaba lleno, no me lograron ayudar tanto pero por lo menos el de mantenimiento fue lo más sincero y cortés y trato de ayudarme.
