The property itself is wonderful. New, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately the hotel imposes unreasonable policies, such as all persons being present at the time of check in. Thus, if the second person on my reservation arrived the following day, they would charge extra for that person despite only 1 person having checked in on a 2 person reservation. This just seems like a way to scam folks via hotel policy. The property also appears as a VIP access property which it is not. Absolutely no incentive for platinum members, and service is provided at a bare minimum. You’ll likely receive better service and amenities at a non VIP Access property nearby.

The property was clean and the staff were great. For a room of two people you were forced to pay an additional 50 dollars to bring in the second person once at the property. I did like the security measures put in place by the hotel since the hotel has an open concept and anyone from the street could potentially walk right in. The $50 additional charge to bring a guess was too much. They could by themselves a room for the night at that rate.

First hotel I've been to where they charge you for the complimentary water bottles. Water pressure too low and barely changeable as if you move it a little more it goes straight to freezing water. Poor breakfast selection, not tasty and really limited to choose from, wouldn't call it Buffet as you barely have any options to eat.

If you travel solo do not stay in this hotel they will charge you $200K Colombian pesos equivalent to about $50-55 US dollar if you want to bring a guest for every 24 hours ridiculous. The security at the front his awesome guess services is whatever do don’t really care.

Amazing space and staff. Room was lovely and staff kept it really clean. As you're in El Poblado, there are a ton of shops, restaurants, cafe, bars to choose from and if you walk straight down for 20 minutes, you're at the metro station. As it's such a hot spot, there are a lot of vendors who essentially wait outside the hotel and will come rushing towards you the moment you leave. My first 2 days was just that and they'd try their hardest to get some money out of you. Other than that, i realy enjoyed my stay

I had an incredible stay at Hunters Concept; The hotel was spotless from top to bottom, including the room, which was perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Highly recommended!
